RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
