What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.

Are any purchases final sale?

Generally, items purchased during clearance events or marked specifically as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Standard promotional sales or orders using discount codes are still fully eligible for our regular 14-day return policy.

When will I get my order?

Due to high demand and our direct-to-consumer sourcing, orders typically take 5 to 8 business days to arrive after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its journey in real-time.
